Tina Marie (Fornengo) Reese, age 60, a resident of Siren, WI passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 with loved ones by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tina was born on August 20, 1961 in Duluth, MN to parents Joe & Irene Fornengo. She was the first-born child and grew up on the family farm north of Danbury with her brothers Tim and Tony. Tina graduated from Webster High School in the class of 1979.
Tina was blessed with children Justin & Bobbi and enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom with them for many years when they were little. She then worked various customer service jobs in the area which led to many lifelong friendships. After these jobs, Tina was able to care for her parents in their home for several years before their passing.
Tina enjoyed riding Harley with Jerry, spending time with family and friends, fishing, gardening, canning and tending to her houseplants (making sure no one over watered them!). A great joy in her life the past 12 years was her grandkids. They planted giant pumpkins every summer in her garden and had a contest to see who could grow the biggest one. Tina also enjoyed passing down family traditions such as homemade ravioli, bagna cauda and many other special recipes and baked treats.
Tina was preceded in death by her infant son, Jeremy Reese; parents; and nephew, Cody Fornengo.
She is survived by her partner, Jerry Perius; son Justin (Dana) Reese; daughter, Bobbi Reese (Lee Moritz); grandchildren, Rylee, Macy, Abel, Reese and Jordie; brothers,Tim (Teresa) Fornengo, and Tony (Sheila) Fornengo; special aunt, Janice (Monte) Chapman; many cousins; nieces and nephews,other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16th from 4-7pm with a Memorial Service on Friday, June 17th at 11:00am (with visitation one hour prior to service) at Swedberg- Taylor Funeral Home, Webster. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Blaine Township.
