Sundee Pena

Sundee G. Pena, age 68, a resident of Siren, WI passed away on October 28, 2023, surrounded by family.

Sundee was born on December 23, 1954, in Compton, CA to parents Arden & Loretta (Wurzer) French.

Sundee & Albert Pena were united in marriage on June 3, 1978. They moved from California to Hayward, Wisconsin in 1991 to continue raising their 8 children. In 2016 after retirement, they moved to Siren.

Sundee enjoyed watching sports and choosing weekly football picks with family. She loved going to watch her grandchildren play in their school sports. Sundee was an avid horse lover since childhood. She loved the beach and one of her favorite places to travel was Lovers Key in Florida.

Sundee was an active member of Adventures Church in Siren. She was always looking for volunteer opportunities. She took great joy in helping with vacation bible school. She enjoyed reading her bible every day and talking about Jesus and sharing the peace of God.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Neil.

She will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Albert; children, Louie (Kari) French, Jennie (Len) Carlstrom, Gina (Ani) Guri, Sundee Hansen, Albert Pena Jr., Alex Pena, Michaela Pena and Andrew Pena; grandchildren, Austin, Eyan, Oliver, Campbell, Owen, and Bryce; sisters, Joan Vazquez & Joy French; brother-in-law, Jose (Jill) Amparo; along with nieces, nephews, friends and her beloved grand dogs.

The memorial service will take place on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 11:00 AM
(Visitation from 10-11 AM) at the Adventures Church in Siren, WI. with Pastor CJ Johnson officiating.
