Steven Neal Segelstrom, age 70, a resident of Grantsburg, WI passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2023 at home with his wife by his side.
Steven was born on November 27, 1952 in Minneapolis, MN to parents Lyle and Margaret (Hughes) Segelstrom.
Steven married the love of his life, Doris in the Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoyed 25 wonderful years together.
Steven served in the U.S. Army. He earned a national defense service medal and was an expert in M16 and demolition.
In Stevens free time he enjoyed playing the piano and guitar. He also liked being in the great outdoors camping and fishing.
Steven is preceded in death by parents and grandparents.
Steven is survived by his wife, Doris; children, Stephanie and Stacy; granddaughter, Kylee; brothers, Michael and Phillip; along with other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner with military honors.
