Sharon Johnson

Sharon Ann Johnson, age 73, of Grantsburg, passed away December 26, 2014. Sharon was the daughter of the late Milo and Shirley (Starr) Davis born in Cherokee, Iowa on June 26, 1941. Sharon married Leon "Bud" Johnson on June 14, 1961 in Trip, South Dakota. She enjoyed quilting and doing needle work. Sharon is survived by her husband Bud; children Wally (Judy) Johnson, David (Dawn) Johnson, Myles (DeDe) Brogren, Mark (Tammy) Johnson, Le Ann (Jessie) Fredrick, and daughter in law Diane Johnson; 23 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; brothers Joel (Sandra) Davis and Charles Davis; sister Karen (Ronald) Peck; along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Danny Johnson; brother Milo Lamont, Jr. and sister Christine. A committal service will be held Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Birchwood Cemetery in Pine City, MN. A luncheon will follow at 1:00 PM at the Grantsburg American Legion in Grantsburg.
