Rose Ann Tolene, age 70, a resident of Spooner passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021.
Rose was born in Shell Lake to Leonard and Lorraine Tolene on November 7, 1950.
She was a 1968 graduate of Northwoods High School in Minong. After 20 plus years, she retired from Jack Link’s in Minong. In her free time, she enjoyed puzzles, sewing, reading, baking and spending time gardening.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael; parents, Leonard and Lorraine; brother, John and sisters, Nancy and Julia.
She will be forever missed by her children, Machelle (Tom) Rothstein, Dawn (Shane) Hanson and Karri (Brandon) Harwick; grandchildren, Michael Rothstein, Leo Hanson, Brittany Rothstein, Amber Hanson and Logan Tolene-Stoner; sisters, Linda (Roger) Towne, Phyllis Tolene, Pauline (Kevin) Johnson, and Lori Adams; her brothers, Terry (Patsy) Tolene and Daniel Tolene; along with other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at The River Wesleyan Church, N13205 Rice Lake Road, Minong, WI.
