Robert Erickson

In Loving Memory of Robert D. Erickson who died at the age of 81 on June 30, 2015. He was born in Minneapolis, MN on November 25, 1933, son of the late Conrad J.D. and Mabel E. P. (Sundquist) Erickson. Robert was married for fifty-eight years to the former Mardi J. VanElsberg. Before getting married, he joined the U.S. Air Force and retired after 20 years of service. He then worked very hard at a variety of jobs over the years. His last position was working at the St. Croix Casino for twelve years. He is survived by his wife, five children, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Robert loved his family most of all, and would do anything he could for them. “Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday… Unseen, unheard, still missed and very dear, we miss him with all of our hearts. Rest in Peace.” It was Robert’s request not to have any public services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Webster, WI.
