Richard Franklin Stafford, age 74, a resident of Webster, passed away on July 6, 2021.
Richard was born on June 7, 1947, in Scott Township, Wisconsin to Kenneth and Violet Stafford.
Richard graduated from Spooner High School in 1965. He worked as a machinist for one in a half years at Minneapolis Moline. He also worked at the US Postal Service for 35 years as a clerk and was one of the last people to work on the “hypo”.
He was a computer “whiz” and enjoyed gardening and spending his time at home and occasionally he like to go bowling.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, Donnie Roberts Jr., Devaunte Wiggins; stepdaughter, Keri Wiggins.
He is survived by his partner, Belva Meyer; children, Tammi Alm, Dale (Chandra) Stafford, Lisa (Brock) Paulson; brother, Kenneth Stafford; sister, Shirley McBride; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A remembrance for Richard will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 1:30 PM at his residence.
