Phyllis Arlene Ann Baker, age 86, a resident of St. Croix Falls, WI passed away on June 18, 2023 with her loved ones by her side.
Phyllis was born on November 20, 1936 in White Earth, MN to parents Charles and Florence McKenzie.
Phyllis married the love of her life, Glen Baker Sr. in 1953. They then moved to Dayton, MN where they raised their 5 children.
She was an amazing cook and loved to bake. Phyllis enjoyed fishing and making memories with her family. She was the life of the party, everyone who knew her could not help but love her. She was talented with her arts and crafts, and she loved to crochet and knit in her down time. But her family was her most pride and joy.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her loving husband, Glen; parents, Charles and Florence; brothers, Dennis and Pete McKenzie; sisters, Eldora Erickson and Shirley Mitchell.
She will be greatly missed by her children, Glen (Angie) Baker Jr., Cherie (BJ) Owens, Eugene Baker, Todd (Najah) Baker and Linda Guevara; grandchildren, Kimberly, Nicholas, Tiare, Natasha, Marsha, Ryan, Charleston, Amber, Ashley, Mackenzie, Jacob and Dennis; along with numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara (Bob) Lang, Joyce Erickson; many nieces and nephews; along with other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, June 24, 2023 (126 WI-48, Cumberland, WI 54829) at 11:00 AM (visitation from 10-11 am) with Rev. Diane Norstad as the officiant with a luncheon following the service.
