Phillip A. Nolan, age 73, a resident of Webster died August 11, 2014. Phillip was born on July 10, 1941 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Arthur and Pearl Nolan. He served in the United States Navy as a crew member on Navy pv-2 aircrafts using his electrical software knowledge. He was honorably discharged in 1962. On February 20, 1965 he and Helen were married at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in North East Minneapolis. After the service, he worked as an electrician for Collins Electric, Muska Electric and Peoples Electric. He then left the electrical field to work for Dynamic Air where he worked for over 13 years. Phillip then founded and spent the next 18 plus years at Nol-Tec Systems in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. He was an active participant in the Habitat for Humanity programs in Webster and Fort Myers, Florida. He also took part as an Air Life Line Pilot from the Forest Lake airport assisting patients needing medical treatment. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, golfing, travel and spending time in Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Helen; children James B. (Tracy) Nolan, David C. Nolan, and Andrew P. Nolan; his grandchildren Colton, Moriah and Isaiah; his sister Sharon (Doug) Panek; brother Bruce Nolan; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
