Patrick J. Scallon of Webster died July 14, 2013 at Regions hospital in St. Paul. Patrick is survived by his wife, Cheryl and two daughters; Shannon Saeger and Kathleen Plauck as well as 4 grandchildren. Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
