Patricia Wold

Patricia “Pat” Wold, age 91, a resident of Blaine, MN., passed away on April 28, 2024 at the White Pines Assisted Living in Blaine, MN.

Pat was born in Milwaukee, WI in 1932 to parents Cecelia & Walter Fitzgerald. She graduated from Superior High School in 1950. Pat married LeRoy “Bud” Wold and together they had four children Ann, Tim, Dennis and Jim.

In 1962 they moved to Babbitt. Pat went back to college while raising their four children and graduated from U.M.D. with a teaching degree. She taught 1st grade in Babbitt for more than 20 years.

After retirement, they moved to their lake home near Danbury, WI.; enjoying the lake and their family.

Pat is preceded in death by her loving husband, LeRoy “Bud”; sons, Dennis and Jim; grandson, Tony; and her parents, Cecelia and Walter.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann (Mike) Bergquist; son, Tim (Deb) Wold; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Carey; along with other family members and friends.

Mass will take place on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 11:30 AM (visitation from 10:30 – 11:30 AM) at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Danbury, WI., with Father Francis Adoboli officiating. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at the Hillside Inn.
