Marshelle Hunt

Marshelle (Shelley) T. Hunt, age 74, a resident of Webster, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at her home with her loving husband by her side.

Shelley was born on August 10, 1946 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Donald and Ariel (Shelley) Jirik. She grew up in Maplewood, Minnesota and that is where she raised her family.

Shelley completed her Master’s Degree in Psychology. She worked as an educator and administrator at Metropolitan State University. Later in life she moved to Webster, Wisconsin and started her retirement.

Shelley married the love of her life, Gary Hunt on October 9, 1965 in Maplewood, Minnesota.

Shelley enjoyed spending her time with her family and loved to read.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Ariel; sister-in-law, Shelly Jirik.

Shelley is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Gary; children, Chris (Lisa) Hunt, Jim (Carrie) Hunt, and Lea (Steve) Banovetz; grandchildren, Alicia, Abbie, Joel, Will, Raelyn, Jack, and Quinn; great grandchildren, Jaxon, and Elowen; brothers, Denny (Ann) Jirik, Rick Jirik.

There will be a Celebration of Life held on Sunday, August 8, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Bradshaw Funeral Home, Stillwater, Minnesota.
