Marian Dyson

Marian Marie (McCalla) Dyson, age 77, of Danbury, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth, MN. She was born child number 10 of 13 to Samuel and Ellen McCalla on January 24, 1938 in Becker, MN. Marian loved spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed watching her birds and flowers grow and was rarely found indoors unless she was canning or baking. Preceding Marian in death are her parents and husband Lyle Dyson. Marian is survived by her sons, Daniel (Kimberly) Dyson and Timothy (Sue Ann) Dyson; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, with one on the way this fall. Memorial Service for Marian will be held at 11:00am (visitation from 10:00am - 11:00am) on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home in Webster.
