Lucille Chelmo

Lucille Chelmo (Erickson) was born in Rutland, North Dakota on February 29, 1920 to Ida and Ernest Erickson. The youngest of 5 children, Floyd, Ruth, Gladys and Marvel. She died April 6, 2014. Lucille graduated from Grantsburg High School in 1938. Married Lyle Chelmo on April 13, 1941. They farmed for 36 years South of Grantsburg then retired to their home on the Yellow River in Webster, WI. Lyle died February 3, 1983. She is survived by son Johnny and wife Cheryl, their daughters Rita, Lynnea and Lisa. Daughter Janet and husband Mark Everson and their two children Melissa Magyar (Ryan) and Daniel Larson (Kayleen), foster son Gordie and wife Angie, their sons John and Sonny Chelmo. A host of nieces and nephews. Graveside Service at Riverside Cemetery in Grantsburg, WI on Sunday June 22 at 1PM with Pastor Steve Ward. Arrangement were made by Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home Webster, Wisconsin.
