June Poff

June Ann Poff (Howard) passed away unexpectedly February 27' 2025. June was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother,  great grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. June enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, canoeing, gardening, and sewing. Her 3 sons, daughter in laws and grandchildren were her world. You could always find her in the sun, at a park, by the water, or in Duluth Minnesota with her grandchildren.  June was born June 6' 1951 in Ely, Minnesota.  She graduated from North Branch high school. After high school June married her husband Douglas on April 24' 1971. They shared 52 years together. June went back to nursing school in 1983 to become an RN. She was a dedicated nurse for 28 years. To know June was to love her and she was loved by everyone.

Parents Roy and Lorraine Howard, and Husband Douglas
Survived by sons, Troy (Shannon), Trevor, Derek (Lauren); bonus children, Kelly (Chris) Fedun, Shawn Turnvall; grandchildren, JoHannah (Austyn), Bentley, Kylie, Tanner, Hunter, Lily, Lila, Dylan; great-granddaughter, Evelynn; siblings, Sonny (Percy), Bert ( Pinky), Gean, and Lorraine, best friends Patsy & Kathy, sibling in laws Dan (Kathy), Deb (Jim) Nelson, Denise (Terry) Hanna, Dede (Kevin) Bombard; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.

Celebration of life will be held in June. Date to be determined.
