John E. Hamilton, 65, Danbury, passed away Tuesday morning, November 4, 2014. John was born in St. Paul, MN, on May 20, 1949, son of the late Clarence and Ruby (Asa) Hamilton. He was employed at 3M Corp for many years, and also worked as a security guard for the St. Croix Casinos. He married Mary M. Brown at the Fishbowl on September 9, 2005. John enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and watching the Minnesota Vikings and the Twins. John is survived by his wife, Mary; twin daughter, Tina Hamilton (s.o. Michael); brothers: Larry (Carol) Hamilton and Aaron (Shirley) Hamilton; stepsons: Ben Hall and Adam Hall Rathbun; former spouse, Juanita; and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents: twin daughter, Kelly Hamilton; three sisters: Betty, Clara, and Pat; brother, Clarence Hamilton; and stepson, Joshua Hall. A Celebration of John’s life will be held at the Fishbowl Bar and Grill in Danbury on Saturday, December 6, 2014, from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
