Jeffrey Allan Plan, age 68, a resident of Siren, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and faithful dogs.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Shirly Plan; wife, Joan Plan.
He is survived by his son, Joshua (Jolene Zugier) Plan; daughters, Jenna (Kyle Johnson) Plan and Julia (Harry Hauck) Plan; grandchildren, Sterling, Boe, Mason, Miles, Lana and Levi; brother, Kevin Plan; sister, Lori Lipinski.
A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Lighthouse Christian Church (3285 144th St., Rosemount, MN).
