Jeff A. Miller, age 68, of Siren passed away on January 15, 2023. Jeff was born on July 10, 1954 to Don and Nancy Miller from Lewis, WI where he spent his school years and graduated from Frederic High.
After school, Jeff served his country in the National Guard.
His adventures then took him to California where he was first mate on the Miss Wendy, a fishing boat. His love for hunting and fishing brought him back to Wisconsin where he bought a home and was employed and retired from North States.
Jeff spent much of his time hunting and fishing with his brother Greg. He loved teaching and sharing his knowledge of the sport with his nephews and the stories they could tell of monster bucks and record walleye.
It was not uncommon to find Jeff with a cold Budweiser at a local establishment or an occasional trip with his brother to spin the wheel to see who bought the next round.
Jeff was devoted to 2 feral cats that came to be his everything along with his family and many friends.
We miss you!
A Celebration of Life will be held at Galen’s Little Mexico, Siren on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 2-5 pm.
