Homer Heaton

Homer E. Heaton, age 81, of Siren, WI passed away on August 7, 2012 at Burnett Medical Center, Grantsburg, WI. Homer was born on December 31, 1930 to Fay and Margaret Heaton in Clearwater, MN. He was raised and attended school in Effie, MN. On June 18, 1956 he married Yvonne Lee in Effie, MN. Homer enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, camping and playing cribbage. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Homer is preceded in death by his wife, parents, brother, Dale Heaton and sister, Marlene Laux. He is survived by his children: Lee (Deborah) Heaton, Karen Heaton, Kathy (Keith) Skogen, Lynn (Gisele) Heaton, Kelly Heaton and Loren (Sachie) Heaton, fiancé, Laura Olufson, 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and brother, Kermit Heaton.
