Gerri Kinblom, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, entered into eternal rest, surrounded by her loving family, on October 19, 2015. Gerri was born on July 30th, 1942 to James and Bernice (LeVasseur) Loiselle. Gerri is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Trudy Gulner; and her granddaughter, Chelsea. Gerri is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Robert; loving sons: Jeff (Sharon), Dean (Rob), Mark and Greg (Jennifer); grandchildren: Trevor (Kim), Yana, Sasha, Nathan, Lucas, Marcus, and Morgan; great-granddaughter, Ellie; brother, Gregory Loiselle; sister, Linda Loiselle; sister-in-law, Barbara Loiselle; and many nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends. Gerri was a loving and caring spirit, who enjoyed outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Most of all she cherished time spent being the "best" Nana to her grandchildren. Gerri worked a variety of jobs throughout her life. Whether it was behind a teller’s window or a restaurant serving counter, she was happiest when working around other people. Her most gratifying job was working with troubled youth at St. Croix Camps just before she retired. Gerri was a beautiful woman, inside and out – a gem and a treasure. Friends may gather for a "time of sharing" on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the First Lutheran Church, 301 Lawler Ave S, in Hinckley, MN. A Celebration of Life will follow at the church at 1:00pm. Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home in Webster, WI. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.swedberg-taylor.com At the request of the family, donations can be made, in lieu of flowers, to the "Chelsea's Rainbow Fund of the CVPH Foundation".
