Gary A. Cook, age 81, of Danbury, WI, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on March 2, 2023.
Gary was born in Morris, MN on October 26, 1941.
He had a passion for woodworking and took up the trade of cabinet maker for many years. In his free time, Gary enjoyed tinkering and working on projects and making gadgets. He had a passion for restoring 1958 Ford Fairlane Retractables and showing them off at various car shows around the country.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Irene; brother-in-law, Donald (Butch) Logan; and daughter, Denise Elmquist.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Donna; son, Rick (Lori); sisters, Carol Logan and Marsha (Greg) Buss; grandchildren, Taylor (Dayton) Moses and Jason (Maddie); along with nieces, nephews and many friends.
