Attn: Union Local #455 Gary O. Carr, 51, of Webster, WI (formerly of St. Paul) passed away March 9, 2014. Gary worked for 27 years as a pipefitter for local union #455 in St. Paul, MN. Gary is preceded in death by his Mother Judy Carr, his maternal grandparents Doris and John Lynch, and his paternal grandfather Jack Carr Survived by wife; Jordan, his Father; Gary,his Grandmother; Lois "Nana" Carr, His Mother and father in-law James and Rose Harwood, his children; Jamie Carr, Riley Carr and Reed Carr, his step-children; Leasa Foulk and Jason Young and wife Chera his step grandchildren; Serin Foulk, and Michael Foulk, brother; Rory Carr and wife Laurie, sister; Stacy Ringstad and husband Nick, Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was Loved Dearly and will be greatly missed by all. Memorial service Saturday, March 15, 2014 2:00pm at Klecatsky & Sons Funeral Home Eagan, MN (Visitation 1-2)with Rev.
