Frederick Allen Quernemoen, a former resident of Webster, WI, passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 80 years young.
Frederick was born on November 26, 1942 to Oscar and Mildred (Nelson) Quernemoen in Minneapolis, MN, and was raised by Oscar and Bernice Quernemoen in Webster, WI.
He married Sally Sundin in 1963. Together they had two sons and later divorced.
He moved out west, first to Montana and later to Arizona, where he resided until his passing. He was a real-life cowboy and worked everyday doing what he loved. He enjoyed watching baseball and participating in daily services of the Shepard’s Chapel.
Frederick is preceded in death by his parents; Oscar and Bernice Quernemoen; his mother, Mildred (Nelson) Kloss; son, Michael Quernemoen; sister, Mia Boseman; brothers, Brent Quernemoen and baby Bradley Quernemoen.
He is survived by his son, Leland (Bard) Quernemoen of Faribault, MN; daughter-in-law, Lisa Quernemoen of Faribault, MN; sisters, Lois Taylor of St. Paul, MN, Linnea Koska of Webster, WI, Kari Ervin of Webster, WI, and Kirsten See of Osceola, MN; brother, Bradford Quernemoen of Wessington, SD; grandchildren, Coleby, Marissa, Michael (Sarah), Nicole (Aaron), Brent (Sarah), Jeremy (Teri), along with many friends and acquaintances.
