Edward M. Krajewski, age 83, a resident of Siren died November 17, 2010 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Edward was born on May 28, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Veronica Krajewski. He grew up in Polaski, Wisconsin before moving to Lamont, Illinois. He entered the US Navy at the age of 17 and later served in the US Army. Edward met Phyllis and they were married on May 25, 1957 in Lockport, Illinois where they made their home for 27 years. Edward worked as a Control Chemist for Corn Products in Argo, Illinois for over 40 years. While in Lockport, he ran a dartball league at his church for a number of years. He later retired in 1993, and made their home on Lower Clam Lake. Edward loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing the many Wisconsin lakes. He also took special care of his vegetable garden. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, and his four brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; his daughters Judy Krajewski and Sandy (John) Danberg; brother Joseph; sister-in-law Marjorie (Dom) Alberico; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services were held Monday, November 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM (visitation 1-2PM) at Siren United Methodist Church with Pastor Tom Cook officiating. Music was provided by Mary Jo Bierman.
