Dorothy Brenizer

Dorothy Ann Brenizer age 78 was born April 21, 1936 to Harold and Mable Britian in Waukon, Iowa. Dorothy moved to Frederic, Wisconsin. Don and Dorothy met at the Frederic roller rink, it was love at first sight, they went on a few dates than she told Don she had 4 kids, Don said let's get married! They married July 3, 1959. Don had no idea what he was getting himself into, but it was a marriage that most dreamed of. They were married for 55 years filled with love, laughter and of course minor disagreements. Dorothy had a few jobs she worked very hard at North States and Stocklies bean factory. Don and Dorothy had a baby boy together. Dorothy had many hobbies, garage sailing, gardening, baking, collecting and farming. She loved milking cows, she got mad at Don when he sold her best cow, no supper for Don that night! Dorothy loved sharing her recipes, so her favorite one the Coffee bars will be handed out at the farm. Dorothy was survived by her Children: Dennis, Harold, Sandy, Rick and Steven. Grandchildren: Devon, Dillon, Ryan, Shyla, Dustin, Mike, Jolene, Aaron, Jeremiah and Nichole. Great Grandkids: Lydia, Austin, Ava, Caleb, Dalton and Aaliyah. Proceeded in death by her Parents Harold and Mabel, Grandchildren: Derick and Tessa, Brother, Donald and Sister, Alice. Funeral Services will be held at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home Grantsburg. Visitation Thursday June 5, 2014 5-7pm and Services are Friday June 6, 2014 at 11am (visitation from 10-11am. Arrangements were made by Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home.
