Donn Kubnick

Donn F. Kubnick, 56, De Pere, formerly of Springbrook, WI, passed away unexpectedly December 29, 2010. The son of the late Donald and Carole (Donatell) Kubnick was born May 5, 1954 in Shell Lake, WI. He was employed in veterinary sales for many years. Donn’s interests included hunting, fishing, talking, cooking and watching westerns. He was also a member of Whitetails unlimited. His family includes: his significant other, Carol Van Veghel; Donn Kubnick and his children Zachary and Elizabeth of Springbrook, WI; Kristopher (Bethany) Kubnick and child Bryson of Mosinee, WI; Teale (Cameron) O’Connell and their children Pierson and Hayden of Abrams, WI, Dave (Joan) Holmberg of Elk Mound, WI, Nick (Mandy) Holmberg and their children Riley, Marcus and Khyla of Eau Claire, WI, Cathy (Joe) Boyle of Manitowoc, WI and Jim Kubnick of Florida. Donn was preceded in death by: his son, Andrew and brother, Billy Kubnick. A memorial visitation will be held at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Avenue, De Pere from 1-4 pm on Saturday, January 1. A short prayer service will be conducted at 3 pm with the Rev. Joe Bolye officiating. A second memorial visitation will be held Saturday, January 8, from 1-4 pm at Scalzo-Taylor Funeral Home, 306 Rusk Street in Spooner, WI. A prayer service will be held at 2 pm with Fr.
