Diane Bram, age 71, of Siren, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2015. Diane was born on June 22, 1944 in Racine, Wisconsin to parents Arlene and Gerald Johnson. She spent the early years of her life living in Minneapolis and graduated from South High School in 1962. Diane was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Dan, on March 12, 1963. Diane enjoyed being a homemaker and raising their four children together in the Twin Cities area. In the early 1970’s, Dan and Diane moved to Grantsburg. After their children had graduated from their schooling, Dan and Diane spent twenty five years also living in the Siren area. In life, Diane enjoyed being a collector and finding new “treasures”, some of which included: beautiful rocks, marbles and crystals. Above all else, Diane enjoyed being a loving mother and grandmother. Her favorite memories were those spent with her family. Diane is preceded in death by her father, Gerald Johnson. Diane is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dan Bram; children: Renee (Guy) Loushin, Tina (Scott) Clark, Roxanne (Jim) Mullins, and Jon Bram; grandchildren: Samantha, Cameron, Hunter, Chessa, Daniel and Allyson; mother, Arlene Johnson; brothers: Gerald (Nancy) Johnson, Randy Johnson and Monte Johnson; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Diane’s wishes were to have no formal services. Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Grantsburg.
