Debra Lee Blair, age 61, of Grantsburg, WI, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017. Debra was born in Grantsburg on September 12, 1955, a daughter of the late Darlene S. (Forsblad) and Dennis R. Mack. She received her education from the Grantsburg School District. Debra was employed for many years at Community Living Options (CLO) in Pine City, MN, caring for individuals with challenging behaviors and special needs. Deb was very loving mother and grandmother, and greatly appreciated time spent with family. She enjoyed collecting vintage 45 RPM vinyl records, and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. During her younger years, Deb enjoyed playing softball. Debra was an outgoing, witty and resolute woman. She was also an extremely amiable person, and had a considerable number of friends. Deb always had Mentos mint candy with her that she shared liberally with family and friends. Surviving are her children and spouses: Dawn (Gary) Johnson and James (Erin) Nelson; grandchildren: Kristopher Hicks, Paige Hacker, Taylor Hacker, Rylee Johnson, Elena Lester and Jenna Lester; and great-grandchildren: Brooklyn, Brynlee, and Kayden. She is also survived by her sister, Denise (Myles) Brogren and brother, Darin (Cheryl) Mack; as well as many nieces and nephews and their families. Debra was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, her nephew, Trevor Mack; and her special friend, Matt Caroon. A Celebration of Debra’s Life will be held beginning at 6:00 pm, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Hummer’s Rendezvous Event Center, 115 E Madison Ave, Grantsburg, WI 54840.
