Christopher "Chris" Costello

Christopher Lee Costello, age 27, a resident of St. Augusta, MN passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 14, 2023.
Chris was born in Minneapolis, MN on December 14, 1995 to William and Hali Costello. He and Amber (Kerr) were united in marriage on October 15, 2022 in Princeton, MN.
Chris enjoyed the outdoors where he could hunt, fish, golf, snowmobile, go 4 wheeling and watch dirt racing with his father and brother. Chris grew up playing football and baseball. His love of football continued on after high school as he coached his brothers youth team for many years. Chris had handyman skills and made himself available to anyone that needed help. Chris had a genuine heart and cared about people. His great smile and infectious laugh will forever be missed.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee Furuli and William and Aneta Costello.
He will forever be missed by his wife, Amber; parents, William and Hali Costello; siblings, Katelyn Costello and Brandon Costello; grandmother, Marlene Furuli; mother-in-law, Joy Hanson and partner Tom; father-in-law, Steve Kerr and partner Beth; sister-in-law, Abigail Hanson; stepsister-in-law, Jessie Kihlman; aunt, Dawn Bagley; uncle, Newt Bagley; aunt, Kasey Shipp; uncle, Wayne Furuli; aunt, Dawn Koza; cousins, Owen Bagley, Michaela Ritter, Kenneth Furuli, Kayla Furuli, and Kylie Furuli; along with many other friends and family.
A Celebration of Life will be held outdoors on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM at 23868 69thAve St. Augusta, MN 56301. Please dress as casual, as Chris would have wanted.
