Carl Zappa

Our beloved Carl Jay Zappa, 35, of Webster, WI, tragically left us on June 2, 2024. He was born on August 12, 1988.

Carl leaves behind his beautiful daughter Cayley, who he loved more than anyone, his son Matthew, parents Barbara and Herbert, Siblings Tony, Cindy, Candy, Jules and honorary sister Toni Lynn, 5 nieces, 4 nephews, and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Julius and his nephew Logan.

Carl was always the life of the party and was always doing what he could to make others smile. It is impossible to sum up such a vivacious, hilarious, and sparkling person like Carl with words alone. His goofy demeanor and contagious laugh could make any persons day better. Carl loved to ride his motorcycle and sing karaoke. He loved Halloween and The Simpsons. He loved dancing and music and he loved his family. Nobody had to guess how Carl felt about you because he was always affectionate and loving to those closest to him. Memory is a way of holding on to the things you love, the things you are, and the things you never want to lose. We will always carry the memory of Carl in our hearts, he truly was a bright light in a dark world.

The family requests that all donations go towards suicide prevention. They would also like to share a message, "Always show kindness and an openness to talk and more importantly to listen, to see, and to hear without judgement. If even one family can be saved from the pain and anguish of losing a loved one through bringing awareness to this tragic and senselss loss of life, then our beloved Charlie's death will not have been in vain. We cannot afford to lose another light."
