Billie Ward

Billie Kaye Ward, age 67, passed away peacefully on October 22nd, 2024. She was surrounded by her husband and four sons as she left this world to join Jesus in Heaven.

Billie was, above all, a faithful servant of God. She spent her career as an educator, working with Faribault Public Schools, the Minnesota State Academies for the Deaf and Blind, and Indigo Education as a Director of Special Education. Billie touched many lives through her love and care for others.

She married her husband, Donald, on September 8, 1979, in Webster, WI. Through the years, they welcomed four sons.

Billie loved her family deeply. Her husband, sons, daughters, and grandchildren were the absolute joy of her life. Her love for others will continue to shine through them. She will be missed dearly and forever carried in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.

Billie is preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Alyce Foote.

She is survived by her loving husband, Donald; her children, Nicholas (Stephanie), Luke (Regen), Caleb (Jackie) and Abraham (Kaitlyn); grandchildren, Ellen, Gabriel, Hudson, Lily, Lucas, Sidney, Brooke, and Casey, and many other friends and relatives.

In lieu of gifts, donations can be made to the ALS Association in memory of Billie Ward.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home in Webster, WI.

The funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 2:00 PM (visitation from 1:00 - 2:00 PM) at the Lakeside Community Lutheran Church in Webster, WI., with Pastor Steve Delzer officiating. Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Webster, WI. Pallbearers are Nicholas Ward, Luke Ward, Caleb Ward and Abraham Ward.
