Barbara Moses

Barbara Ann Moses, age 67, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at her home in Webster, Wisconsin, after a short battle with cancer. Barbara was born on the October 17, 1950 in Webster, South Dakota to the late Clarence and Eunice Babcock. She married David Moses on May 18, 1974, and was a stepmother to Heather and Tavis Moses. Barbara and David lived in Richfield, Minnesota, until 2001, before their final move to Devils Lake in Webster, WI. She was a loving and caring person to all who she encountered. She loved to cook and was known for her artistic abilities. She will be remembered for her love to decorate for every holiday and her infectious laugh. Barbara loved animals and will be greatly missed by her 3 cats, Moses, Amos and Andy. She is survived by her husband; stepchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Linda Babcock; niece, Brook; and great-niece, Kiley Newton.
