Arlene R. Panek, a resident of Luck passed away the day after her 93 rd birthday, Saturday, October 12, 2019.
Arlene was born in Georgetown Township in Polk County to parents, William and Mildred (Larson) Hutton.
Arlene loved to dance, her favorites were the Scottish Waltz and the polka dance. In her free time she enjoyed spending it in the kitchen, cooking up meals and goodies for family and friends. Arlene also enjoyed putting puzzles together.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Frank Panek and Ray Grout; parents; infant son, Bryan; her brothers, Delroy, Erling, Vernon and Virgil; sisters, Imogene Heimer, LaVerda Payson and Leola Saros.
She will be missed by daughters, Linda (Russ) Ryss and Brenda Gillette; sons, Richard (Ellie) Panek and Doug (Sharon) Panek; sisters, Nancy (Larry) Cox and Eunice Banta; her brothers, Charles Hutton and Jim (Jackie) Hutton; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM(visitation 10-11 AM) at New Hope Lutheran Church with Pastor Emory Johnson officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Grantsburg. Online condolences can be made at www.swedberg-taylor.com
