Allan Niklason

Allan W. Niklason, age 80, of Webster passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on March 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents Erik and Jennie; brother Einar, and brothers-in-law Ervin, Ivan and Bob. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patricia; their children Jean, Brian (Jean), Gary, Linda (Dennis) Beltz, Chad (Kristie); grandchildren: Janea (Ryan) Clinton, Jeremy, Allicia, Carter, Tabitha and Emma; his siblings Ardella Runchey, Joyce (Harold) Sjolie, Jeanette Harris and sister-in-law, Phyllis Niklason; along with a host of other loving family and friends. Memorial service will be held Friday, March 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM (visitation 10-11 AM) at Swedberg-Taylor Family Funeral Home, Webster. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. A luncheon will follow the service at the Yellow Lake Lutheran Church. A private burial will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials are preferred to the family. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the wonderful staff at Regions Hospital 6 South, special paramedics Jeff and Mike from North Memorial, Christa from Regional Hospice, and Pastor Roger Kampstra.
