Alice Louise Lindberg

December 12, 1963 — April 20, 2025

Frederic

Alice Louise (Zuech) Lindberg, born in St. Louis Park, Minnesota on December 12, 1963, unexpectedly passed away at her home in Frederic, Wisconsin on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025.

Alice lived most of her younger years in Plymouth, Minnesota, where she made many great childhood memories with her siblings and friends. She moved to Wisconsin and met her husband Andy Lindberg when they worked together at The Beaudry Company in Frederic. After they got married, Alice and Andy built a home on the property adjacent to Alice’s parents in Falun, Wisconsin, where they lived for 19 years and raised their daughter Angela.

Alice had a big heart and loved spending time with her family and friends at family gatherings, backyard picnics, and trips to the casino. She was also very creative and enjoyed painting, sewing, and crocheting. She was a great listener who always made time for others, whether it was stopping by to visit family, sitting down for a chat with friends, or celebrating with others at a birthday or Christmas party.

Alice was incredibly thoughtful, always on the lookout for just the right thing for someone at a garage sale or flea market. She loved hunting for hidden treasures at thrift stores, and it wasn’t uncommon for her to show up with a collection of things she’d found on her travels that she thought you would like. She cared about, and therefore worried about, everyone.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents Chester Zuech and Betty Lou Zuech, sister Arlye Zuech, and brother Arlin Zuech. She is survived by her husband Andy Lindberg, daughter Angela (Jon) Wheeler, grandsons Nico and Rigby Wheeler, sister Arlys Bruss, and nephew Chris Zuech.

Alice will be dearly remembered and deeply missed by all that knew her.
