Alexander William Seas , age 25, of Tomah, WI, passed away unexpectedly on March 27, 2018. Alex was born on February 23, 1993 to parents, Cindy (Doering) and Blake Seas. He graduated in 2011 from Polaris Expeditionary High School in Fort Collins, CO. In December of 2012, Alex enlisted in A Co FSC, 724 th Engineer Battalion of the Wisconsin Army National Guard, in Hayward, WI. He transferred to Detl, 107 th Maintenance Company, Viroqua, WI in December of 2015 and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in July of 2016. He was very proud of his service and was awarded numerous medals to include three Wisconsin Emergency Service Ribbons for actions during state emergencies. He also worked as a full-time mechanic for the National Guard, starting in Hayward in 2013 and moving to the Combined Support Maintenance Shop in Camp Douglas, WI. Alex enjoyed spending weekends on the lake, fishing, jet skiing and wakeboarding. He also liked hunting, snowmobiling, snowboarding, golfing, fast cars and his mustang. Alex is survived by his parents, Blake and Cindy Seas; brother, Marshall Seas; maternal grandparents, Ken and Peggy Doering; aunt, Cheryl Gorder; uncle, Doug (godmother, Deb) Doering; godfather, Scott Texley; and many cousins, relatives and friends. Preceding him in death are his paternal grandparents, Arlene and Shirley Seas; and uncle, Brad Seas. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 11:00am (visitation from 10-11:00am) at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church, 28460 County Rd H, Webster, WI. Pallbearers are: Scott Texley, Doug Doering, Mark Darnell, Calvin Cook, and two members of the funeral honors team. Honorary Pallbearer is Henry Doering.
