Alan C. Knutson, age 68, a resident of White Bear Lake, MN passed away on June 30, 2020.
Alan was born in Amery on October 15, 1951 to parents; Donald and Alice Knutson.
He married Denise M. Hermann on September 26, 1970 in Lake Elmo, MN.
Alan enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, boating, gardening, and playing games in the yard, like bean bags, bouche ball, and horseshoes. He also loved to travel. Most importantly he enjoyed his time spent with the grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Valerie (Dan) Richison, Greg Knutson, Dennis (Shirley) Knutson.
He will be missed by his wife, Denise; children, Tom (Brenda) and Michele (Norbert); his grandchildren, Breanna, Jeremy, Jayke and Andrew;siblings, Red (Nancy) Knutson, Vicky (John) Zdrazel, Vonnie (Tim) Brekke, Neil (Debbie) Knutson, Vernita (Bob) Swantish, and Virginia (Rick) Berthiaume. Also survived by his brother in law, Bruce (Cheryl) Hermann, sister in laws, Nancy (David) Brown, Mary Hermann, and Sara Mariano; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A private Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the St. Pius Catholic Church in White Bear Lake. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
